The purpose of the Metafari is to open up our minds to discover the underlying images and assumptions shaping our language, and therefore our behaviour. The Metafari’s intention is to attract primarily leaders, managers, consultants and business owners who wants to open up for new perspectives in their daily work life. Together they want to share, explore and develop abilities, knowledge and insight.
The Metafari uses images of life as alternatives to images of machinery and warfare upon which many of our current conceptions of organisations are based upon. By create undisturbed space for reflection around ourselves, our leadership and our roles in the systems we belong to, the Metafari wishes to take part in the movement to create a sustainable future with diversity.
