Metafari explained
The purpose of the Metafari is to open up our minds to discover the underlying images and assumptions shaping our language, and therefore our behaviour.
An intention is to create space for reflection around ourselves, our leadership and our roles in the systems we belong to.
The Metafari uses images of life as alternatives to the static images a lot of our current organisational thinking is based upon.
The Metafari’s intention is to attract primarily leaders, managers, consultants and business owners who wants to open up for new perspectives in their daily work life. Together they want to share, explore and develop abilities, knowledge and insight.
This is not a traditional course; it’s a journey where we all are teachers and learners were we elaborate around experiences, images and stories around some basic elements.
